Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel, where a short aging allows us to obtain a passito with a vinous and fresh character, maintaining its natural sweetness and floral notes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAleatico is a wine to be savored slowly, at the end of a meal on its own or paired with dry pastries or dark chocolate. Excellent with blue cheeses.
