Your order is not confirmed until Sequerciani confirms acceptance. Before accepting an order, we must receive and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Sequerciani may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. In the event of refusal, modification, or cancellation of an order, we will notify you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number you provided when placing the order.
Your purchases are eligible for return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, ownership and the risk of loss pass to you.
